Two injured in head-on crash in Eureka

EUREKA, Ca (KIEM)-Two people are injured in a head-on crash in downtown Eureka.

It happened just after 4:30 Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of 5th and N Street.

According to Eureka Police, a Ford station wagon was driving the wrong way on 5th street when it struck a Chevy Tahoe.

Both drivers were injured in the crash and transported to the hospital for treatment.
