Fortuna Volunteer fire ends run in Golden State’s Fire Truck Face-Off

FORTUNA, Ca (KIEM)-The Fortuna Volunteer Fire Department’s run in the Golden State’s Fire Truck Face-off has come to an end.

After more than 5,600 votes, Fortuna finished behind the Hanford FD who now moves on to the next round.

The winner of the competition will receive $1,000.

If Fortuna had won, they were going to donate the prize money to Humboldt Bay Fire’s Fallen Firefighter’s Memorial Project in Eureka.
