ARCATA, Ca. (KIEM)- A former Arcata Fire District worker is giving back to her staff one mask at a time.

Former Arcata Fire District Administrator Sally Lindke is again helping the community, but this time with fabric and other materials, she’s sewing masks for fire personnel and Mad River Community Hospital.

Sally’s eye for fabrics has her making masks of different colors, she even matches fabrics to personalities.

With all the hard work sally is doing she is still in need of some elastic. If you would like to donate to her fabric collection, contact the Arcata Fire District.
