Eureka Police Department & Humboldt Bay Fire Thank St. Joseph Health Care Workers in a Special Way

EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM) – The Eureka police department and Humboldt bay fire made quite the entrance at St. Joseph’s hospital Tuesday night.

Officials surprised St. Joseph hospital with a delivery of Paul’s live from New York pizza and a slice of Humboldt pie.

Officials say they wanted to show their appreciation for all those who work hard to keep us healthy and safe.

The Eureka police department and Humboldt bay fire work closely with the staff at St. Joseph’s hospital and consider them co-workers and family. They say It was a small way of saying thank you to all of the health care professionals doing tremendous work during this difficult time.
