Two Local Girls Team up to Raise Toy Donations for Families

EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM)- Two local girls from St. Bernard’s Academy have teamed with Hobby House’s Toy Box in Eureka for their senior project.

McKenna Andrews and Jenny Yu are asking for toy donations from the community. If community members would like to help they may do so by visiting the toy shop and buying a gift or donating money. The girls will later on team up with local Philanthropist Betty Chin and put the gifts together in gift baskets that will later be distributed to lower income families in the following weeks.

Andrews will be at the toy shop next Tuesday through Friday from 12 am to 4 pm.
