Celebrating Humboldts High School Seniors

28 local Fortuna businesses are showing support for the high school class of 2020!

It’s a badge of honor, a rite of passage that so many high school seniors will not get to experience this year, walking across a stage to be handed there diploma. High school graduation season is upon us and the Humboldt County community is rising up to support the accomplishments of our young community members.

Fortuna High School English teacher Amy Conley and Fortuna Chamber CEO Rene Lindsay asked local business to feature 218 graduating students in the windows of their businesses.

All along Fortuna’s Main Street, Fortuna Boulevard, and surrounding areas you will see senior pictures and graduation decorations. Starting June 1st you can vote for the best-decorated window at www.fortunachamber.com . Not only will prizes be given to the top 3 businesses, but the students featured in those windows will also receive a good bag! Congratulations CLASS of 2020!!!!
