One New Covid-19 Case Reported in Humboldt County, Bringing Total to 99

Humboldt County, Ca. (KIEM) – The Public Health Department confirms 1 new case of Covid-19 Friday, bringing the total in Humboldt County to 99.

Of the total number of cases, 18 are in Northern Humboldt, 77 in the Greater Humboldt Bay area, and 4 in Southern Humboldt. Of the cases, 41% are male and 59% are female. The mean age is 47.

Public Health also provided an age range of confirmed cases. There are 20 people under the age of 30 that have tested positive, there are 21 cases of people in their 60’s, and 7 people over the age of 80 have tested positive for the virus.
