Salmon Season Begins June 6th for Parts of North Coast

Klamath, Ca. (KIEM) — For the fishermen out there, salmon season for parts of the North Coast begins Saturday, June 6^th.  

For the Klamath management zone, which is the area between the Oregon/California state line and Horse Mountain, the ocean salmon season opens June 6th and will run through August 9th.

With the season opening, the minimum size limit for fish caught is 20 inches total length.
