Food for People Receives a Donation of $2,500 from the Humboldt County Democrats

EUREKA, Calif. (KIEM)- Food for people received a special donation of $2,500 from the Humboldt County Democrats.

the check was made possible from the Humboldt County Democrats through their local fundraising efforts.

With food being hard to come by for some community members, the House of Democrats wanted to thank food for people for their aid to give to individuals and families who suffer from hunger

The organization stated that the best way to help a local economy is to put money back into it . Recently elected Chairmen Danny Kelley for the Humboldt County Democrats said helping to decrease food hunger is an easy way to help the local community.
