American Cancer Discovery Shop provides community members with fresh produce

EUREKA, Calif. (KIEM)- If you’ve been craving fresh produce, a local shop right in Eureka has you covered. When you buy the produce you can expect a portion of it to go towards a good cause.

The American Cancer Society Discover Shop is aware just how important it is to community members to receive fresh produce. That is why they have made connections all the way at Hess Ranch in Willow Creek. The ranch makes a trip twice a week to deliver fresh goods to the store.

The many fruits and veggies customers can choose from are apples, cucumbers, peaches, plums, apples, squash, and apricots.

If a person makes a trip to the store they can expect all of the items to be donated. the store likes to make its items affordable as soon as you step foot in the door, and fresh produce is one of them.
