53 Lumberjacks earn academic achievement award

ARCATA, Calif. (KIEM) – Humboldt State University Lumberjacks continue to earn awards for their academic success.

The Division II Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) announced the latest award recipients. Fifty-three Lumberjacks received the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award. To earn the honors, a student athlete must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher and complete four semesters of college level work. They must have been a member of an intercollegiate team during the past year as well.
