Zero new Covid-19 cases, 3 more hospitalizations reported Wednesday

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) — The Public Health Department reports 0 new cases of Covid-19 Wednesday, but the number of hospitalizations has risen.

Three more hospitalizations have been reported, and 1 more recovery has been reported as well bringing that number to 373. Health officials are currently monitoring 57 active cases.

Of the total cases, 260 had contact to a known case, 92 are travel related, and 54 are a result of community transmission. Right now, there are 28 cases under investigation.
