Arcata police on hunt for suspects wanted in connection with strong-arm robbery

ARCATA, Calif. (KIEM)-Arcata police is on the hunt for suspects wanted in connection with a Valley West strong-arm robbery.

At about 12:15 Monday afternoon, the Arcata police responded to a strong-arm robbery inside of a motel room on the 4800-Block of Valley West Boulevard.

A 29 year-old man reported two male acquaintances robbed him of cash, then took off in a black 2019 Nissan Rogue – seen in captured in the photo above.

The vehicle is a rented vehicle out of San Francisco bearing a California license plate, that number is 8JBC734.

Arcata police says, weapons do not believe to have been used in the crime – they are looking for two Hispanic males in their 20’s.

The first suspect has a medium build, he was last seen wearing a black hat, dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a Gucci brand satchel across the front of his body.

The second suspect has an athletic build and was last seen wearing a light grey hooded sweatshirt, dark blue sweat pants and multi-colored sneakers.
