Three new Covid-19 cases reported in Humboldt County Friday

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) — The Humboldt County Public Health Department reports three new cases of Covid-19 Friday.

Health officials are monitoring 27 active cases. The number of hospitalizations and recoveries remains unchanged.

Since the start of the pandemic, 518 residents have tested positive for the virus. Of those cases, 333 had contact to a known case, 108 were travel related, 108 travel related, and 68 a result of community transmission. There are 9 cases under investigation.
