HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) — The Humboldt County Public Health Department reports three new cases of Covid-19 Wednesday.
Health officials are currently monitoring 18 active cases. Of the total cases, 340 people had contact to a known case, 109 are travel related, and 73 a result of community transmission.
On a more encouraging note, 8 more recoveries were reported bringing that number to 501. The county’s overall local alert level has dropped to level 1 or level green.
