Fatal crash on Broadway

EUREKA, CA. (KIEM) – The crash occurred at about 10 o’clock Wednesday evening at the intersection of Broadway and Wabash, where a car and a pickup ran into each other.

Emergency personnel CPR on the driver of the car, but she was pronounced dead at the hospital. Her identity has not been released.

The driver of the pickup truck was not injured, and neither drugs nor alcohol appear to be factors in the crash.

The incident remains under investigation.
