Early morning RV fire in Field’s Landing

FIELD’S LANDING, Ca. (KIEM) – Fire crews respond this morning to an RV fire in fields landing.

The fire broke out just after 8 A.M. on the 6600 block of Third Street. By the time emergency crews arrived the scene, the vehicle was fully engulfed.  The fire also threatened nearby homes and a power pole.  Fortunately, crews were able to get the fire knocked down quickly.

Officials say that the RV was unoccupied at the time of the fire.  No injuries reported, and officials have not yet released information on the cause of the fire.
