HOOPA VALLEY, Calif. (KIEM) – Hoopa Valley residents were without power Tuesday evening.
According to Hoopa Valley Tribe’s Facebook page, PG&E had an equipment malfunction at the Hoopa Substation.
The generators were shut down due to this malfunction causing about 2,096 residents to be without power Tuesday night.
Additional crews, will be assisting to restore the substation. We’ll provide more information once it becomes available.
