New traffic light now live, Motorists will not experience significant impact on stretch of road, Caltrans says

Eureka, Calif. (KIEM)-The new traffic signal at 4th and L streets went live Monday just before noon.

Caltrans workers have blocked off access to L street off 4^th, on both sides of the road to mitigate any potential vehicle crashes while motorists adapt to the new stop light.
