Food for People update

EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM) – It has been one year since a sewer line disaster destroyed the main warehouse for Food for People in Eureka.

The work continues on rebuilding the facility on 14th Street.

Demolition of the old building is now complete and construction on the new facility will begin in a few months.  The new and improved warehouse will include more space for food storage, more cold storage space, and a larger, on-site pantry for people in need.
