Del Norte County Public Health reports 6 new Covid-19 cases, 9 more recoveries since Saturday

DEL NORTE COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) — The Del Norte County Public Health Department has reported 6 new cases of Covid-19 since Friday. The total case count is 1,034. Health officials are tracking 31 active cases.

One person remains in the hospital with Covid-19. Of the total cases, 58% are male and 42% are female. The majority of cases, 59% to be exact, have been reported in people 18 to 49 years old. The mean age is 40. There were 9 more recoveries also reported bringing that number to 1,003.
