9 new Covid-19 cases, 5 more recoveries reported in Humboldt County Thursday

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) — The Humboldt County Public Health Department has reported 9 new cases of Covid-19 Thursday. The total case count is now 3,335. Health officials are tracking 122 active cases. Five more recoveries were also reported bringing that total number to 3,179.

In vaccine news, the first vaccination clinic for food and agriculture workers is set for next week and is estimated to include 10,000 local workers. Public Health is also hosting a mobile clinic for this sector next Friday. Both are invitation only.
