One new Covid-19 case, four more recoveries reported in Humboldt County Tuesday

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) — The Humboldt County Public Health Department has reported only one new case of Covid-19 Tuesday.

Two previous cases were from out of the County and have been removed, so the total case count is now 3,500. Health officials are monitoring 43 active cases.

Testing rates have fallen recently with only 66 tests processed for Tuesday’s data. Public Health is once again pushing for more robust testing. Four more recoveries were reported as well bringing that total number to 3,421.
