
WILLITS, Ca. (KIEM) – The California Highway Patrol has released the name of a motorcyclist that was killed in a crash last week near Willits.
68 year old, Wayne Berry of Gold Beach, Oregon was riding his motorcycle south-bound on Highway 101 at about 3 a.m. He was hit, head-on by a car driven by 30 year old, Michael Lee Confer of Crescent City.

Berry was thrown from his motorcycle and went over the side of the bypass. He died at the scene.
