(Downsized) Cannabis Farm Approved in Arcata

ARCATA, Calif. (KIEM)- The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors met in the middle Tuesday night for a final decision on the Sun Valley Group’s proposed cannabis farm at Arcata Bottoms. They approved a downsized version of the original proposal, 5.7 acres.

The supervisors that voted no thought this proposal was too large and didn’t want more than two acres. While two other supervisors were willing to approve up to 8 acres of land.
