Mayor’s 2nd Annual Home for the Holidays Decorating Contest

EUREKA, Calif.(KIEM)- The holiday decorating contest for the City of Eureka is back. The Mayor’s 2nd annual home decorating contest for the holidays will take entries until December 13th.

To enter, you must visit the City of Eureka website page, upload your photo, and your photos will then be published for the public to vote.

Public voting will be open from December 14th till December 22nd, and the winners will be announced through social media on December 23rd.

The first-place winner will receive a 500 dollar gift certificate to a local merchant of choice.

“On December 14th, we will be launching the city of Eureka home for the Holidays map and information about what houses you can go and check out throughout the city and the greater Eureka area,” said Christina Tyson, Economic Development Coordinator at the City of Eureka.
