GARBERVILLE REMAINS

GARBERVILLE, Calif. (KIEM) Humboldt County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating the discovery of human remains in Garberville. The skeletal remains were found in a drainage area near Downtown Garberville. 

They were discovered by an environmental surveyor off Melville Road. 

Due to decomposition, deputies have not yet been able to identify the person. The coroner is working to determine how that individual died.
