EUREKA, Ca.- Humboldt County Sheriff Deputies responded Sunday afternoon to a residence on the 3600 block of Old Arcata Road.
The adult female victim reported that 45-year-old Bobbie Gene Bagley arrived at the residence uninvited and assaulted the victim with a knife when asked to leave.
He allegedly threatened to kill her if she contacted law enforcement.
The victim escaped and Bagley fled the residence.
Monday morning around 1:30 a.m. a sheriff’s deputy on patrol found Bagley’s vehicle parked on commercial street and arrested him.
During the vehicle search deputies located methamphetamine, pepper spray, and a knife.
Bagley has been booked into jail on multiple charges.
