EUREKA - Downed power lines spark a vegetation fire off Elk River Road. Around 1:00 this afternoon, a tree fell into power lines along Clover Lane knocking them to the ground and igniting a small fire in the brush. HUMBOLDT COUNTY - Humboldt County unemployment ticked up in June according to the monthly jobs report.
