Bodhi Tree: Guilty of second degree murder and premeditated attempted murder
Bodhi Tree has been found guilty on all counts in a late verdict from the courtroom.
He was found guilt of two counts of second degree murder for the shooting deaths of Alan "Sunshine" Marcet, 27, and 18-year-old Eureka High Senior Christina Schwarz, with a special allegation of using a firearm said Deputy District Attorney Elan Firpo.
Tree has also been found guilty of premeditated attempted murder for the shooting of Rhett August in Eureka, with a special allegation of using a firearm.
Tree will be sentenced on August 22nd.
