Eureka woman arrested for murder in Oregon
OREGON- A 36-year-old Eureka woman was arrested in Southern Oregon on Monday for murder and criminal conspiracy.
The Klamath County District Attorney’s Office told a reporter with KOTI-TV that a grand jury determined Barbara Ranae Palmer played a role in the shooting death of Donald Clinton Black on January 20th. The shooting took place at a Klamath Falls residence for an unknown reason. Her vehicle was allegedly spotted at the scene and citizen tips led to her arrest. A Klamath Falls resident, Joseph Woodward, had already been in custody for the murder by the time Palmer was arrested. News Channel 3 placed several calls to the Klamath County District Attorney’s Office but those calls were not returned.
