4,000 pounds of trash removed from illegal cannabis site found hidden in Redwood State Park

HUMBOLDT REDWOODS STATE PARK, CA. (KIEM)-Redwood State Park officials are searching for answers, after clearing more than 4,000 pounds of trash from a marijuana grow located on park grounds. A helicopter was used to help clear the trash, and almost two miles of irrigation tubing, about a week ago.

No arrests have yet been made, and anyone with information on this particular crime is asked to contact sector superintendent Tom Gunther, at the number below.
