Slice of Humboldt Pie Birthday Club

Enter to win a 9-inch sweet or savory pie for your birthday from Slice of Humboldt. E-mail Redwood News at least 2 weeks prior to your birthday with the date and a photo. Send your entry to birthdays@redwoodnews.tv.

Entries received later than two weeks may or may not have their birthday posted on the actual birthday but will still be eligible for the prize from Slice of Humboldt Pie. Saturday birthdays will air on Friday and Sunday birthdays will air on Monday.

Official Rules – Birthday Club with Slice of Humboldt Pie

No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.

You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If an eligible winner cannot be found for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

One monthly prize will be awarded the last Friday of the month & randomly drawn from the pool of weekly entrants. Prize winner will receive a 9 inch sweet or savory pie form Slice of Humboldt Pie 828 I St. Arcata, Ca 95521

Redwood News reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Redwood News reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within Humboldt & Del Norte Counties.

Employees of KIEM & KVIQ and Slice Humboldt Pie, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Entrants further grant to Imagicomm Eureka LLC and Slice of Humboldt Pie the right to use and publish their proper name and photo, if applicable, online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
