Del Norte County Supervisors pass cannabis ordinance

DEL NORTE COUNTY – Del Norte County Supervisors pass a Cannabis Ordinance.

This now lifts the ban on cannabis activity in Del Norte, and comes on the passage of Measure B, which allows for Del Norte to tax cannabis.

When the ordinance itself came down to vote today, supervisors approved it, four to one with First District Supervisor Roger Gitlin, rejecting the idea.
