Cullen in Custody After Evading Arrests

GARBERVILLE, Ca. (KIEM) – A Humboldt County man is in custody after he evades police multiple times.

Around 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office received multiple tips on Robert Cullen’s location.

Citizens reported Cullen walking along Sprowel Creek Rd. in Garberville and deputies tracked him to Tooby Memorial Park.

Deputies searched the park and surrounding areas and spotted Cullen swimming across the South Fork of Eel River.

In addition to Cullen, 29-year-old Victoria Courtney Jordan was taken into custody from the scene.
