Two Eureka brothers were arrested for shipping oxycodone

Eureka, Calif. (KIEM) The Humboldt County Drug Task Force arrested two brothers earlier today for shipping large quantities of oxycodone to Eureka.

Agents served search warrants at three residences in response to a seizure by custom agents in Peru who detained multiple packages containing oxycodone that were being shipped to eureka.

41-year-old major Neil Gutierrez Flores was detained after agents located 1/4 pound of methamphetamine and 1,000 oxycodone pills.

37-year-old John Alberto Gutierrez Flores was detained after agents located about 300 oxycodone pills.

Both have been charged for possession of controlled substance and methamphetamine for sale.
