Fire destroys R.V. in Crescent City

CRESCENT CITY, Ca. (KIEM) – Two people are safe after an early morning fire in Crescent City that destroyed the r-v they were living in.

At about 7 A.M. Monday morning, fire crews were called out to a travel trailer on the 300 block of Elk Valley Road.

A sheriff’s deputy arrived on the scene first and was able to help get the two people out of the trailer.  A neighboring trailer was also damaged by the fire.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.  The trailer was a total loss.
