North Coast Weather Forecast: Tuesday, October 17th

Getting through the rest of our Tuesday, we are looking to have another round of low level clouds and fog moving into our coastal cities tonight. Temperatures will drop to the 40s and 50s for overnight lows. Winds are expected to be on the calm side. To start off our Wednesday, we can expect morning clouds and fog for the region, then sunshine in the afternoon hours. Temperatures will be in the upper 60s to low 80s for highs. Winds will be coming mostly from a northwest direction with speeds up to ten miles per hour. For the rest of the week, we are looking at plenty of sunshine for the North Coast, and warmer temperatures sticking around, with highs in the low 70s to low 90s for most of the viewing area. This weekend will give more clouds and a cold front moving through our viewing area. Temperatures will drop to the upper 50s to low 70s through Sunday, and more showers could develop on Sunday as well. Another cold front will follow the first, coming through on Tuesday, and giving us highs in the 50s and 60s with more scattered showers. A beach hazard will remain in effect along the coast until 8 pm on Wednesday, and a small craft advisory will stay in effect until Thursday morning at nine.
