Arrested for Vandalism, Possession of Stolen Property in Trinidad

Trinidad, Ca., (KIEM)- Humboldt County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Daisy Leen, after responding to a call about a citizen in distress. When deputies arrived Saturday morning, just after 8:00 a.m. to the scene on Patrick’s Point Drive in Trinidad, they found Leen drinking from a large bottle of wine.

According to officers, Leen told them she had stolen the alcohol from Larrupin’s Cafe. When Deputies checked out the business, they discovered evidence of forced entry, broken windows, missing property, and other evidence of vandalism.

Leen is now charged with possession of stolen property, vandalism, and public intoxication. She was booked at the Humboldt County Correctional Facility, and bail was posted at $50,000.
