Hearing postponed for woman accused of murdering Eureka teen

The hearing for a woman accused of murdering a Eureka teen has been postponed.

Back in August, 38-year-old Lorna Leen, and her 15-year-old son were charged with murdering 16-year-old Brandon Brocious, at the Oceanview Cemetery in Eureka.

The son is being tried in juvenile court and is accused of murder and personal use of a knife. And Leen is charged with a single count of murder.

Deputy Defender Casey Russo, says some legal issues must be resolved before a preliminary hearing. Leens hearing has been pushed back to January 30th.
