Shooting in Southern Humboldt

BENBOW (KIEM)- One man was allegedly shot by another man after what the Humboldt County Sheriff’s office describes as an on-going civil dispute.

Just before four Wednesday afternoon, deputies responded to 300 block of Twin Trees Road near Benbow.

The suspect was detained at the scene. The victim was transported to the hospital and his condition is not known at this time.
