The Raven Project Awarded Thousands of Dollars from Rotary Club of Eureka to Help in Building Renovations

EUREKA (KIEM) – Thanks to one local organization here in Humboldt County, The Raven Project received thousands of dollars to help in the building renovations.

The Rotary Club of Eureka donated $16,000 to The Raven Project. The money will help in remodeling the current building, such as fixing up bathrooms, the garden shed, and even replacing kitchen cabinets.

Program Coordinator Vanessa Vritak says, it’s been a long time since they’ve made any remodeling changes, and that their facility could use a fresh start.

The Raven Project says, they will be working on the building throughout the summer.
