New HSU president to be announced this month

Humboldt state university claims its right on schedule to announce the 8th HSU president by May 22.

Lisa a. Rossbacher currently holds the title, but after serving the university for 5 years, she is anticipated to retire on june 30th.

According to HSU Chancellor Timothy P. White, the university has narrowed down candidates, from across the county, to a handful of semifinalists. However, the names of the semifinalists have not been released.
