Arcata Playhouse will be hosting its event Migrations

ARCATA, Calif. (KIEM)- On September 25th, the Arcata Playhouse will be hosting its event Migrations. That starts at 9 AM, where they will make their way to Valley West.

They expect the walk to take an estimated 4 hours as they stop at different parks along the way. Where various organizations, artists, and individuals will be set up.

They are hoping to share with the public part of their culture. The Arcata Playhouse is hoping to celebrate the diversity of the community.

“There will be giant puppets and a band, and at Carlson Park, True North and Paso a Paso is helping us get their vaccination clinics so that People can get vaccinated,” Laura Muñoz, Latin Communitaria at the Arcata Playhouse.
