North Coast Weather Forecast: Friday, July 21st

Happy Friday everyone! For the rest of our evening hours, we are looking to have partly cloudy skies and hazy conditions around the North Coast region stick around. Temperatures will drop to the 50s for overnight lows and winds will be on the calm side. Some areas along the coast can expect some foggy and misty conditions. Some areas can also expect light drizzles to push through as well. To start off our weekend, we are looking at another day of hazy conditions for a majority of our viewing area. More clouds for the morning hours along the coast and then a slight bit of sunshine for the afternoon hours. Temperatures are looking to be in the 60s through 90s once again. Winds will be coming mostly from a northern direction around five to ten miles per hour. This continue to blow in some of the smoke from the Flat Fire to our north in Curry county. A cold front will move through our viewing area, so temperatures will drop a bit for the inland areas, with highs only in the upper 80s to low 90s Sunday and Monday. Coastal cities will continue to stay in the low to mid 60s for highs. A mix of sun and clouds will continue for the coast and mostly sunny skies inland for the rest of next week. Air quality is expected to be a slight bit lower for inland cities along 199 because of smoke coming in from the north as we get into next week as well.
