Two arrested in connection to 4th of July fireworks incident in Crescent City that left child in critical condition

Megan Warner, 32, and Levi Mills, 33, have been arrested in connection to the explosion of fireworks on the beach in Crescent City on July 4th that injured a three year old boy, who is currently in critical condition. The pair have bail set at $50,000 each and have been charged with a plethora of misdeeds, including willful cruelty to a child, discharging fireworks likely to injure and illegally possessing an explosive.
