Flags at half-staff in honor of 9/11

NORTH COAST – Flags across the state and here on the North Coast flew at half staff in remembrance of the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11th, 2001.
Governor Brown declared September 11th Patriot Day in California to honor those who died in the attacks and to recognize the service of the thousands of first responders who saved so many others.
Brown’s proclamation urged Californians to “rededicate ourselves to the American values of life, liberty, and equality.”
