City Issues Urgent Notice to Vacate for Tenants of a ‘Squires Property’

Eureka, Ca., (KIEM)- The future is uncertain for tenants of a property owned by Floyd Squires. The city has issued an urgent notice to vacate for the current renters. Tenants have until the 22nd before the apartment on H street in Eureka is boarded up. According to the City of Eureka the building has “Extremely hazardous electrical problems and other code violations.”
