Eureka Police Department unveils new online crime map

EUREKA, CA. (KIEM) – It’s a high-tech tool that will help Eureka residents see what’s going on around them.

The Eureka Police Department is now reporting dispatched calls online, so the public can access them.

It’s a program called Citizen RIMS, which allows you to see mapped incidents in almost real time.

You can also search for incidents by date, type, and location.
