Humboldt Bay Fire water trains near Samoa Bridge

EUREKA – Humboldt Bay Fire’s Water Rescue team trained along the Eureka waterfront.

They gathered yesterday near the Samoa Bridge.

The point of staying on top of their game is to insure they’re able to save a life.

The water on the North Coast is not the friendliest of tides and it can be a bit cold.

Humboldt Bay Fire wants to make sure their first-responders are able to jump into the water and make a rescue with anything that could come their way.
